- Several unresolved maintenance issues
- Negative landlord experiences
- Many electrical outlets are ungrounded
- Gutters are non-functional and falling off
- Low water pressure & limited hot water
- Basement floods, and is extremely humid. Mold grows easily
- Missing and inadequate insulation
- Floors get cold in winter
- Higher utility bills
