• Several unresolved maintenance issues
• Negative landlord experiences
• Many electrical outlets are ungrounded
• Gutters are non-functional and falling off
• Low water pressure & limited hot water
• Basement floods, and is extremely humid. Mold grows easily
• Missing and inadequate insulation
  • Floors get cold in winter
  • Higher utility bills
